Derry Medical Center and the occupants of the Overlook Medical Park Center first hired Culinary Capers to cater our Open House for our grand opening … nearly 3 years ago. Lisa was recommended to us by a mutual contact.
We were very impressed with Lisa’s ability to plan and coordinate all aspects of the event which included all food, beverage and service assistance as well as the procurement of rental equipment and floral arrangements. Her professionalism and attention to detail enabled us to continue working without the worry of planning a party for over 800 guests. The Open House went off beautifully, the food was fabulous and unusual, the staff was exceptionally personable and hardworking and we received many compliments from our guests.
Since then we have established a very comfortable working relationship… Culinary Capers creates a menu and submits it for our approval. Upon approval we can rest assured that all the details for the event will be handled professionally and independently.
We have been so impressed by Culinary Capers, that we use them exclusively for our larger events. Culinary Capers has continued to provide us with exceptional catering services and has catered our last three holiday parties as well as our breast cancer fundraising events. Each year new menu selections are introduced and combined with guest favorites. It is rare to find a caterer who consistently offers a high quality product from year to year, but Culinary Capers has proven that there is at least one. We look forward to utilizing Culinary Capers for all of our future events.
